We provide a 1-year warranty on the movement of all our products.
Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery of your package.
We will bear the cost of reshipping the order, but the customer is liable for the cost of return shipping.
These clocks are inherently fragile, and cases of damage on arrival do happen from time to time despite our efforts in packing them as well as we can.
For such cases, we will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis, either by replacing the affected part or the entire watch winders.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days, while express shipping (if available) delivers within 3–7 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
